Qualified borrowers must meet these eligibility requirements:

You must be enrolled at least half-time at an eligible school.

You must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.

International students are eligible with a creditworthy co-signer who is a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.

The student must be the legal age of majority or at least 17 years of age with a co-signer who is legal age of majority.1

Your permanent residence is NOT in Texas, Wisconsin, Washington, or Iowa. (There is no state restriction for co-signers.)
